Breakfast for Dinner

After a weather delay in January due to snow and ice, our Supper Club was back on for February. Neil came up with a cozy theme for the cold nasty weather we had been experiencing...Breakfast for Dinner!  First we started with appetizers of whole wheat Blinis with Sour Cream and Smoked Salmon.  Guests could add their choice of toppings; chives, red onions and/or capers. And we have the appropriate beverage.....Mimosas! Here is the rest of the menu for the evening: Neil and Jen....Chicken and Waffles Dave and Ann....Shrimp and Grits Nathan and Theresa....Biscuits and Gravy Greg and Ellis...Sausage and Egg Casserole Greg's special contribution...Krispy Kreme Donuts! Steve and Susie....Fruit Salad....it was quite the carb-heavy feast so Steve wanted to lighten it up! No one took the opportunity to show up in their P.J.'s for the evening, but I did have on my fuzzy slippers!  It was a most enjoyable night and we all had leftovers for breakfast
