Southern is Chic

Hey y'all!  Well, bless your heart and kiss my grits! lol
Greg and Ellis hosted the Sept. Supper Club with an "All Things Southern" theme.  Wow! We had an amazing southern inspired menu with all the traditional dishes including Deviled Eggs and Cornbread.  And we learned a few things, like Neil discovered he likes grits!  At least the way Ellis fixed them. 😃 And I learned that only Northerners say "Collard Greens."  Southerners just say "Collards." And we had yummy collards as well!  Here is what we all made;
