Happy Holidays!



Hard to believe we have been meeting for Supper Club dinners for over a year now! It was back to Steve and Susie's home for a festive holiday dinner of Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs..Yum!
With it we drank Amarone della Valpolicella from Verona, Italy..Double Yum!

But first we started with an aperitif of a sweet red Vermouth accompanied by an Olive Tapenade and..
...a wonderful Country Pate made by Nathan and Theresa
As always we had lots of great laughs 😀

Greg and Ellis brought a lovely Orzo side dish with Spinach and Pine nuts, and I made a Cheesy Baked Spaghetti Squash Casserole.

We finished off the evening with a very special Pear Tart made by Ann, accompanied by a wonderful Sauternes provided by our hosts.
